Terms of Service

By accessing or using CollegeQuest (the "Service"), operated by ECOSYSHUB LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service includes:

• A college application platform — college search, deadline tracking, application management, scholarship discovery, and AI counseling tools;
• A print studio — design and order photo prints, posters, mugs, apparel, and other custom products on demand;
• Web photobooks — create, save, and share digital photo albums (including collaborative album walls) without printing.

The Service is an informational and organizational tool. We do not guarantee college admissions, scholarship awards, or specific outcomes. Final application decisions are made by the respective institutions.

To use the Service you must be at least 13 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18). You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and profile information;
• Keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account;
• Not upload content you do not own or have rights to;
• Not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
• Not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the photos, essays, and other content you upload or import into the Service.

By uploading content, you grant ECOSYSHUB LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely as needed to provide the Service — including generating previews, fulfilling print orders, and displaying content in web albums you choose to share. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

When you order physical print products:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Orders are printed and shipped by Printful (or another configured print-on-demand provider).
• Shipping times depend on the provider and your location; estimates are shown at checkout.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo for a replacement or refund.
• Because print products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse; contact us with any issue and we'll work to make it right.

Digital web albums (photobooks) are free to create and share. Premium platform subscriptions, where offered, are billed via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

The Service's software, design, logos, text, and AI-generated platform content are owned by ECOSYSHUB LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user as described above.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation or AI output will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOSYSHUB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in California, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
