Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from CollegeQuest at any time using any of the methods below. Full account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

You can remove individual items without deleting your whole account:

• Open your photobooks or print designs and delete the ones you no longer want.
• Uploaded and imported photos can be removed from your media library.
• Saved colleges, applications, and notes can be deleted from their respective pages.

Deleted items are removed from your account and from active displays immediately.

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or Google Photos, you can disconnect them from your profile at any time. This immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored OAuth token.

• Go to your profile settings in the app.
• Find the connected social accounts section.
• Click "Disconnect" next to the account you want to remove.

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data:

1. Email raveendra@ecosyshub.com from the email address associated with your CollegeQuest account.
2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
3. We will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

This removes your profile, uploaded/imported photos, designs, web albums, and account settings. Order records may be retained as required for legal/accounting compliance.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our app's access directly from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
2. Find "CollegeQuest" in the list.
3. Click "Remove" to revoke access and delete our ability to retrieve your Facebook/Instagram data.

This is in addition to the in-app disconnect (Option B). We recommend doing both for a complete removal.

Once your deletion request is processed (within 30 days), your personal data is removed from our active systems. We may retain limited records where required by law (such as tax/transaction records), but these are not used to identify you for service purposes.
